Assistant Coach

Patryk Tenorio joins LA Force as Assistant Coach and Director of Operations in their inaugural season with NISA. 

Tenorio was most recently Assistant Coach at CSU-Dominguez Hills Men’s Program (NCAA D2), University of San Francisco Men's Program (NCAA D1) and Assistant Coach and Director of Football for San Francisco's USL2 team - SF City FC.

During his time at USF - the Dons won their first conference title in nine years and their first NCAA Championship 2nd Round appearance in 23 years. During his time with USF, they also reached top 25 rankings twice at #24 and #10 in the nation with wins over Pac-12 schools SDSU, CAL, and UCLA. During his time with the Dons, five players went on to sign professional contracts. 

With SF City FC - for the first time in the clubs 18yr history - the club reached the US Open Cup 2nd round playing against USL Championship side Sacramento Republic. During his time with SFCFC, 12 players went on to sign professional contracts.

Tenorio has recruited and coached players that have gone on to achieve the following accomplishments:

  • 22 Professional Contracts
  • 2 National Team Players
  • 10 Players in College (NCAA)

To date, Tenorio has completed 9 coaching licenses and certifications across 3 countries (England, Germany, USA) with no end in sight. Tenorio holds a UEFA B coaching license and is currently completing his USSF B. Additionally, Tenorio has certifications with The FA in Psychology and Talent Identification. He has attended numerous courses led by football innovators and coaches like Albert Puig and Frans Hoek, who have worked for clubs like Ajax Amsterdam, Bayern Munich, Manchester United, NYFC, and FC Barcelona.

Tenorio was born in Rzeszów, Poland and also spent time in Switzerland and Austria. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Polish. His father - from Cali, Colombia - played professionally in Poland for Hutnik Kraków and is also a UEFA and USSF licensed coach and referee.
