The first place winner of the Western Conference could be determined this Saturday evening, at Championship Soccer Stadium. The LA Force will be taking on second place Irvine Zeta FC. This will be the final 405 Derby of the 2024 regular season, and the Force have the chance to secure the Western Conference with a tie or victory.
The Final 405 Derby
After five months of competitive soccer, the Western Conference standings can finally be settled this Saturday. The two clubs in LA Force and Irvine Zeta have provided some of the best NISA matches all season. The intensity both squads bring to the pitch is unmatched.
The record for the Force against Zeta FC stands at 2-1-2. The equal play provided by both teams is what makes these matches so interesting to watch. Both squads are willing to leave it all out on the field for their team and no better time to do this in a must win situation game for Irvine Zeta FC.
The Force won the most recent match between the two in a 1-0 victory. Michael Salazar would be the only goal scorer of that match, slotting one in the 12th minute.
The LA Force fans also showed up in crowds to an away game in Irvine, and we hope to see them in attendance once more.
Golden Glove Torman
Seth Torman has arguably been one of the top keepers in all of NISA this 2024 regular season. The number one keeper in Dekel Keinan’s squad, T is on a two game clean sheet streak. Seth will be looking to nail in his 6th clean sheet of the season against a strong offensive side in Irvine Zeta FC.
A role that is regarded as one of the hardest on the pitch, Torman performs with perfection. His communication and resilience to push on no matter the scoreline is what makes him a great teammate. Force fans will be excited to see Torman on the pitch and hope for another stellar performance.

Seth Torman #30: Now looking to make his 14th start of the 2024 season, Torman was able to hold Zeta FC to 0 goals last time around.

Irvine Zeta FC find themselves in a must win situation against their 405 Derby rivals. Zeta FC fans are proud of what they have been able to accomplish this season. In their first season in NISA, the new club has dominated all competition that has faced them, even the likes of the LA Force.
A well rounded team with technical ability that does not rely on individual skill can hurt you in many capacities.
The squad led by head coach Daniel Gonzalez will be under extreme pressure against the LA Force. One match to give yourself one more chance, only a victory is allowed. Will Irvine Zeta FC be able to pull it off?

Edson Alvarado #10: Edson was a crucial part in the near victory over the LA Force last month. A goal and assist in the match, the Force struggled to contain his ability to break through the defense and create opportunities. Expect to see him this matchday as well!
