Los Angeles(August 7th, 2024)- Unfortunate news hit the Force this afternoon, as NISA announced the cancellation for the match against Arizona Monsoon FC. The match was set to take place August 7th at the LBCC Soccer Field, and now the city of Long Beach will not have any professional soccer on this week. 

NISA made the announcement earlier this afternoon, and stated the cancellation was due to operational error among the Arizona Monsoon club. It was also stated that the Monsoon will also be fined a disclosed amount. 

In a very unconventional way, the LA Force are now leading the Western Conference with 26 points as the forfeit will award the Force 3 points. This will put the club just 1 point over Irvine Zeta. This means the boys in gold and black can put away their game faces and set their eyes on next week’s away match against Capo FC. The match date is currently set for 7 PM on August 14th, at JSerra field.
